Five Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to OmniMount consumer products purchased from an authorized OmniMount Dealer. OmniMount warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service, return the defective product or component to the store where it was purchased or to another retail store that sells OmniMount products of the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its preference, repair the product, refer you to an independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to your prior usage of the product. If this does not result in the appropriate relief to you, you may then return the nonconforming product or component directly to OmniMount for replacement or, at OmniMount’s option, a refund of your purchase price. OmniMount will repair or replace the defective component or product at its sole discretion if submitted to OmniMount within the warranty period subject to the terms herein.

To obtain warranty service, contact OmniMount customer service at 800.MOUNT.IT (800.668.6848) or info@omnimount.com. You must supply a copy of your original receipt. If your product must be shipped to OmniMount for inspection, you will be responsible for the shipping charges; for California residents, OmniMount will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. Replacement product shipped to you will be returned freight pre-paid by OmniMount.

This warranty does not cover the cost of labor to remove a defective product or component or reinstall any replacement product or component. This warranty shall not apply to defects or damages caused by improper installations, installations over specified weight, range, handling, maintenance, storage, installation, removal or re-installation, misuse, alteration, use of incompatible accessories, electrical power problems, impact by foreign objects, accident, fire, acts of God, normal wear and tear or shipping damage other than during original shipment from OmniMount. Failure to follow product care instructions from OmniMount will result in void of warranty. This warranty shall not be extended or restarted upon receipt of any replacement product or component under this warranty. No person is authorized to extend or otherwise modify this warranty.

 
Limitations

THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

OMNIMOUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FROM ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
