The World is our Community
When we say the world is our community, we mean it. Led by the desire to make a difference in people’s lives, OmniMount is committed to helping our local – and world – community in any way possible. We embrace traditional opportunities like fundraising for the American Heart Association, as well as unconventional ways to help, like hosting a BRAvo Event to collect gently used bras for women’s shelters. All in all, our team of passionate employees has raised thousands of dollars for important research and education. Our efforts continue to grow and are fueled by the thought that everyone – and every company – can truly make a difference.
American Heart Association – Phoenix Heart Walk
This March marks the fourth year OmniMount will walk in the Phoenix Heart Walk in support of the American Heart Association. The team aims to raise $5,000 this year to help prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. Check out our fundraisers and send us a word of encouragement on Facebook, or make a donation to help the team reach its goal: OmniMount Team Page.
Every year OmniMount participates in a local ‘Adopt-a-Family’ program, which allows employees to help a family in need by donating food, gifts and household items to make someone’s holiday season brighter.
Gary Sinise Foundation/Habitat for Humanity/Extreme Home Makeover
OmniMount has made significant product donations to organizations that are dedicated to building a better community including the Gary Sinise Foundation’s RISE program, Extreme Home Makeover and Habitat for Humanity.
Feed My Starving Children
A group of employees spent several hours packing meals for Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization committed to feeding hungry children. The hand-packed meals are specifically formulated and get shipped to nearly 70 countries around the world.
Make-A-Wish/Rays of Sunshine
OmniMount has donated product to help fulfill the wishes of children in the Make-A-Wish and the UK-based Rays of Sunshine programs.
The BRAvo Event was a month-long campaign to collect gently used bras for The Bra Recyclers, a local charity based in Queen Creek, AZ that recycles bras and provides deserving women in the community a basic lingerie staple. We collected 1,550 bras from all over the country that were later repaired and donated to a local women’s shelter.
Making Strides Again Breast Cancer
OmniMount participated for years in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event in Tempe, Arizona. A corporate team of more than 50 employees, family and friends raised just over $8,500 for the cause.
