Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating engineering and design activities related to new and existing products. Provides direction and leadership to the engineering team including task prioritization and completion. Works with all departments within the company to ensure that product specifications, performance, durability, quality, cost and manufacturing requirements are met. Participates in conceptualization and design of new products.
